Douglas-based Netcetera, Europe's leading web hosting service provider, is to open the Isle of Man's largest data centre facility in the Ballasalla Freeport, near Ronaldsway Airport.

IX Europe, the recently AIM-floated co-location hosting player, announced last week that its monthly recurring revenues have increased from £2m in December 2005 to £2.5m. The company also announced a £15m, ten-year contract with one of the "Big Four" multi-disciplinary networks, and its intention to further expand through acquisitions and by investing into new co-location centres in London and Paris, after its recent acquisition of a Munich-based centre in April. |
